Do:

• Mind your numbers: Lose any unwanted weight, lower your cholestrerol levels if it is high, and keep your system sugar and hypertension under control
• Get sufficient sleep
• Get appropriate treatment and treatment for any actual wellness problems
Don’t:
• Drink to unwanted, smoking, or use illegal drugs
