Skincare for Winter

The weather outside may be unsightly, but your skin doesn't have to be. How to get rid of dry skin and give your winter time healthy skin care regimen a boost.
It's that season when you need to gentle about your system. The following tips will help you deal with those terrifying winter time problems.

1. Start using a frothy remedy. Solutions, which you use to remove make-up usually, strip away wetness and during wintertime season, this problem gets amplified.

2. Moisturize throughout the day. Use a moisturizing face mask. Try using system lotion even before you've left the bath, right after washing soap or system wash. It will help secure in some additional wetness.

3. Of course, hot water bathrooms feel much better during the cold month’s season, but they ruin dry skin. Try a warm bath instead, and then pat your skin dry with a soft towel.

4. Avoid items and hair-styling items that have a high alcoholic content. When liquor disappears, it feels cool and relaxing, but it also strips away wetness, so opt for alcohol-free items, when the air is already dry.

5. When it comes to locks, if you're already dealing with dry, weak locks, resist the urge to reach for the blow clothing dryer. It'll only worsen. Dry and style your locks with a soft towel, and if you still want to use a clothing dryer, time yourself and try to use it a little less.

6. One of the biggest problems during wintertime season is chapped mouth. Use a lip cream with at least SPF 15 and ideally one with germ killing agents to aid in healing. Some lip cream items are made with tea shrub oil, which helps heal painful breaks.

7. Your arms, legs, knees and hand need to be looked after too, during wintertime season. Use items containing Shea butter, petrolatum, mineral oil, tea shrub oil or glycerin. For intense relief, moisturize arms and legs at night, and then slip on gloves or footwear to secure in the wetness.
