Turkish Tikkey
INGREDIENTS:
1) Beef 50 percent kg
2) Salt and pepper as required
3) Potato 50 percent kg
4) Tamarinds 3 scoop
How to Cook Turkish Tikkey:
1. Boil the Beef.
2. Steam Potatoes.
3. Soft the various meats and Potato bhurta.
4. Eliminate the tamarind's seeds and mix salt and pepper.
5. Now prepare the levels of Beef and potato into a furnace. Add tamarind over it.
6. Garnish healthy salad and serve it.
Karahi Gosht
INGREDIENTS :
1 kilo of Mutton - Lamb
5-6 medium size Tomatoes
3-4 Whole Green Chillies
2 tsp. of Ginger Paste
2 tsp. of Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp. of Red Chilli Powder
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp. of Black Pepper (freshly crushed)
2 tbsp. of Oil
How To Cook Karahi Gosht :
1) Put the meat in a pot or karahi (preferrably a karahi.) Add the Beans and Cinnamon insert. And fry on method warm until any water cures up.

2) Then add 3 glasses of water to meat. Mix and cover and let prepare on method warm. Until meats is tenderized.
3) Once the meat is soft and looks prepared, add the following ingredients: Oil, Salt, Black Sweet peppers, and Red Spicy pepper Dust. If there is still some water remaining in the karahi, increase range warm and constantly mix and let the water dry. Then add green chillies & tomato.
4) Lower warm and cover karahi and let prepare on low warm for 5-10 minutes.
5) Once tomato vegetables are melted, Keep mixing until water cures up.
