Simple guidelines and techniques for shiny eye and a come-hither gaze

Applying eye cosmetics can be overwhelming, which is why many females usually do it the same way every day—or miss it completely. But if you're game to learn, placing on a little darkness and mascara, and neatening your eyebrows, is all it requires to look refined.Plus, as we get mature, most people need a little something-something to perk up their experience. Here, a step-by-step class.

Step 1: Primer
