Status Muscle Snuggle, Beginning Position
1. Sit on a common, legs shoulder-width apart, a bodyweight in each side.

2. Breathe out, curling hands to chest area, rising to a take a place. Breathe in, returning to start.
Step-up
Place ball of right foot on the base of a common. Phase up, extending left leg behind you and squeezing right glute as you lift. Reduced. Do 10; change to reverse leg and do it again.
Modified Push-up
Place hands on the returning of a park common, hands shoulder-width apart, legs returning so heels are up and human body is at an angle. Breathe in, lowering human body to common. Breathe out, pushing hands to increase up.

1. Stay at home lunge, a bodyweight in each side, above shoulders.

2. Get up, lifting hands above head. Return to start. Do 10; change to reverse leg and do it again.
Back Row in a Partially Go, Beginning Position
1. Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, legs curved, buttocks out, returning flat. Keep dumbbells in front of shins, hands extended, hands in. Click on pointer to see the next thing.

2. Breathe out, pulling elbows straight returning toward your chest area. Breathe in as you lower.
