Henna tattoo styles (mehndi) are short-term tattoo styles that became popular in the western in the 90's. They are generally used to the arms and legs of women planning themselves for marriages or special events. In some areas of the world, getting a mehndi is as common as getting a nail cutting or home pedicure in the US.
Mehndi styles are generally very complex, concentrating on flower styles, geometrical styles and other types.
Men are even starting to have henna tattoo styles used now however. They are completely natural, short-term and, best of all, painless!
