Sunlight:Food of your eyes


SUN LIGHT: FOOD OF YOUR EYES
Sunshine is Food for the Sight. Your eyes flourish on the sun’s energy. Go outside in the sunshine daily that you can. Outdoor individuals generally have better perspective than individuals who spend most time inside.

The best a chance to enjoy the sunshine on you is in the early morning before 11:00 am or after 3:00 pm.

The sun increases the eye area and students in many wonderful ways. For example, it releases limited muscle tissue. The anxiety and muscle tissue just normally let go of stress and stress, a major cause of poor perspective.

In the workouts area, you’ll find several ‘sunning’ workouts – they are amongst my preferred – but here is one you can do whenever you get the chance, not just in your 15 minute routine. Sit down, rest your mind and body; ease shoulder area and neck. Close you and move your head gradually from part to part, with the sun glowing straight on your face. If you start to "tear" or "water", just let it happen, the holes are very treatment.
